When you have a medical problem, you nearly always need to see a specialist in that particular field. Your life may depend on it.
Buying a new home or condo is not quite on the same level of importance as your health, but it will likely be the largest amount of money you have ever spent. You therefore owe it to yourself, and your financial future, to hire a true professional expert in the market that you wish to live in.
I have two areas of specialty: Atlantic Station Real Estate and Buckhead Real Estate. I know just about everything there is to know about Atlantic Station. I know the pros and cons. I know where the deals are and which condos to stay away from.
I am involved in about 1/3 of the total transaction in Atlantic Station, and whichever Realtor may be in 2nd place is not even close. If you are buying in the Atlantic Station area, then it is simply in your best interest to hire me to represent you. If you are a buyer it will cost you nothing, if you are a seller then you simply need the greatest possible exposure for your condo.
I am not bragging (although I am proud of my team's successes in Atlantic Station over the last few years). I am simply inviting you to take your investment seriously, and have knowledge on your side.
I get way to many calls from buyers (and agents) stuck in deals-gone-bad because they did not have the necessary knowledge to make good decisions. A call just a few minutes ago is what led to this post! For goodness sake, be Represented!
