A few weeks ago I wrote a piece about how the new owners of Atlantic Station have really turned the community around by being more involved. A front-page article last week in the Atlanta Business Chronicle entitled "Sea change: Atlantic Station rescue succeeds" further confirmed this with news that some of the retailers sales have risen as much as 33% this year due to increased foot traffic in the neighborhood.
This turnaround has extended to the real estate market. Buyer demand has been so high for the great deals, that the number of available condos for sale in Atlantic Station is at an all-time low. Condo prices in Atlantic Station are down nearly 75% from their 2006 highs.
